Study a range of units from the Advanced Diploma of Film, Television and Theatre Acting, custom designed for entry level employment in the Film and Television industry. The program includes:
- Acting Technique
- Voice Production
- Working with the Camera
Part time training pathways are tailored for students with other commitments that restrict them from undertaking full time training. The part time program has a focus on essential skills and knowledge for working in the film and television industry.
Students can study two evenings a week over one year to attain the following units from the Advanced Diploma.
- FTTIMP601D Lead a range of improvisation techniques
- FTTACT602D Rehearse and present monologues
- FTTVOI601D Warm up voice for performance
- FTTCAM601D Act a range of scenes for film and television
Upon FULL completion of all four units, students are able to demonstrate industry standard skills and knowledge for working as an actor in film or television productions, including:
- Short Films
- Feature Films
- Television Dramas / Sitcoms / Commercials
- Music Video Clips
Part time students can enrol in further part time training to attain the full Advanced Diploma. Part time training commences in January and July of each year.
